Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a very high volume of applications and enquiries in respect of becoming a licensed private hire driver. As a result there is currently a lengthy and growing waiting list for appointments with the Licensing Team.
It is currently taking the team around 4 – 6 weeks to respond to requests for appointments, and the current waiting time for an appointment is approximately 10 – 12 weeks. Please bear with us during this very busy time, we appreciate your patience.
