Car parks
There are two main public parking areas in the borough – Tewkesbury and Winchcombe – although car parks are located elsewhere in the borough. Costs and locations are listed below. Charges apply between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Sunday which also includes bank and public holidays. Annual parking permits are also available.
Back Lane car park in Winchcombe and Spring Gardens car park in Tewkesbury a Sunday tariff applies which operates between 12:30pm and 5:30pm. This concession does not apply to coaches, where the normal tariff will be required.
Parking bays
Disabled parking
Blue badge holders displaying their badge are entitled to unlimited parking in all bays within the car park. All car parks have an allocation of disabled bays that are only permitted for the use of blue badge holders.
Motorcycle parking
Motorcycle parking is free of charge in all of our pay and display car parks. However, when parking your motorcycle please avoid using coach and disabled bays.
Motorhome parking
Station Road, Rails Meadow, Oldbury Road and Vineyards car parks have height restriction barriers. All other car parks are available for motorhomes provided that all wheels fit within a standard bay. Larger limited spaces are available in Spring Gardens and Lankett Lane car parks. Vehicle combinations using more than one space are permitted, but a separate ticket must be purchased and displayed for each additional space used.
Electric car charging points
Charging points, provided by BP Chargemaster, are available for members of the public to use at the Public Services Centre on Gloucester Road, in the car park at the rear of the building.
