Warm Spaces directory list

Tewkesbury Borough Council is supporting the following Warm Spaces this winter, 2025 – 2026 through Warm Spaces Funding using UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund funding, administered by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
Each warm space operates differently dependent upon the context and community that it is supporting – please do check their individual details for locations, opening times and different activities.
Many warm spaces are able to signpost residents to other Cost of Living services, or offer advice on site – this relates to energy bill advice, foodbank support or support with getting online or managing digital devices.
Where warm spaces are providing hot food, they have been asked to share their Food Hygiene Certificates, and all have shared their safeguarding policies and procedures.
Tewkesbury Borough Council does not accept any liability for the operation of any warm space – each are governed through their own organisational policies and procedures.
Please note, more warm spaces will open later in the winter, so please do check back if you don’t see a local space yet.

What happens in this space?
This is a warm space particularly aimed at young people from Winchcombe and the surrounding rural villages aged 11-17, providing a safe, welcoming environment.
Throughout each session, young people can choose from a variety of activities including baking, cooking, arts and crafts, board games, games consoles, and using our pool or air hockey tables. There’s also space to do homework, access the internet, or simply relax and be in a warm, friendly environment.
Importantly, youth workers are always on hand to offer informal support, guidance, and a trusted adult presence.
Food & drink
On Mondays, there is a rotation of substantial refreshments — some hot, some cold — with hot drinks always available.
On Tuesdays, there is a hot, well-balanced meal, which young people can help prepare, cook, serve, and clean up from.
We cater for all dietary requirements to ensure every young person feels included and cared for.
