Planning policy monitoring
Monitoring planning policies gives us an opportunity to assess their effectiveness.
We produce an annual authority monitoring report which reports on a number of key indicators including progress on implementation of planning permissions, land availability and the progress made in the development of the policy documents that will replace the current local plan. We also publish a 5 year housing land supply calculation.
