Taxi and private hire drop-in sessions

If you wish to visit our offices to submit an application for the grant or renewal of a vehicle or operator application, we are currently advising applicants to bring them in during our scheduled drop-in sessions. These are times when a member of the Licensing Team will be available to check any application that is submitted in-person.

Please note – if you choose to come and drop an application off outside of our drop-in hours, you can still leave this at the reception desk. However, a Licensing Officer will not be able to check the application for you. If the application is incomplete, then your application will be posted back to you with a note explaining what else we would need for a complete application when you re-submit.

Please note – anyone wishing to submit an application for the grant or renewal of a driver licence will need to make an appointment.  Appointments can be requested by emailing licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk.
