Flooding awareness – Wednesday, 22 May

Due to heavy rainfall, surface water flooding is affecting several roads across the borough, and some properties have been affected in Alderton.
Please take care when driving and do not drive through flood water – this is very dangerous and can damage nearby homes and businesses.
Our officers are out visiting concerned residents to offer practical help and advice, including the distribution of sandbags as necessary.
