Cyber incident
We have identified an ongoing cyber incident and are currently investigating whether any data has been compromised as a result of this incident.
At the moment there is no evidence that personal data has been breached. As a precaution we would like to offer the following advice to residents and customers of Tewkesbury Borough Council:
– Look out for any phishing emails or fraudulent activity on your accounts
– Use strong, unique passwords
– If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password
– Be vigilant for anything doesn’t seem right and be cautious when sharing your personal information
