Drivers issued with a PCN must follow the instructions on the PCN letter and submit a challenge directly to the Parking Team at Gloucestershire County Council.
You will need to send the Parking Team a copy of your paper Vehicle Licence. This was sent to you via email when your Vehicle Licence was issued to you.
Unfortunately, Tewkesbury Borough Council cannot investigate this matter further on your behalf.
Please direct your question to parking@gloucestershire.gov.uk.
