We are aware that some customers are experiencing an issue with accessing their online Council Tax and Business Rates account through citizen access. we are working on this with our system provider to resolve the issue and further updates will be posted here.
Council tax collection update

Please be advised that due to technical issues, if your direct debit for Council Tax or Business Rates was due to collected on Monday, 20 June, this will now be collected one day later on Tuesday, 21 June 2022
