Tewkesbury Leisure Centre will reopen on Monday, 12 April 2021, as part of the next significant milestone on the government’s roadmap out of lockdown.

The team at the leisure centre is ready and eager to welcome back customers after having to close its doors three months ago due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Matt Cotton, Tewkesbury Leisure Centre’s General Manager, said:

We’re delighted to be welcoming our customers back to the leisure centre again. We realise, for many, it’s been really tough to stay active during this winter lockdown and we want to reassure them that we’ll be here, ready to help support them with their health and wellbeing goals. We’ve got all the reassuring social distancing and hygiene measures in place for our customers to feel safe getting back to activity in our centre.

For anyone wishing to combine their in-person fitness activity with online workouts, a wide range of virtual content is available on Places Locker Virtual Studio – www.placesleisure.org/places-locker.
