Undertaking a personal search

Requests for Personal Search Information are dealt with as follows:

Local Land Charge Register Search – An LLC1 should be submitted via the online search request form.

There is no fee payable, as our LLC1 is free of charge to all our customers. The turnaround for this service is 10 – 15 working days.

All CON29 Information that is required free of charge should be requested direct from the relevant departments.  Information for each department can be found here.

Alternatively, if a tailored report is required, then please submit a CON29 and/or CON29O request via the online search request form and pay the relevant fee.
