Undertaking a personal search

Requests for Personal Search Information are dealt with as follows:

Local Land Charge Register – This is no longer held by the Council. Requests should be made to the Land Registry.

All CON29 Information that is required free of charge should be requested direct from the relevant departments.  Information for each department can be found in this document.

Alternatively, if a tailored report is required, then please submit a CON29 and/or CON29O request via the online search request form and pay the relevant fee.
