Paying your Business Rates

Your Business Rates should be paid as requested on your bill otherwise recovery action may be taken which could incur you additional costs.

If you are finding it difficult to pay your Business Rates please contact us on businessrates@tewkesbury.gov.uk so we can help you.

This help could include:

• Checking your account to make sure you are receiving any reductions you are entitled to
• Discussing payment options as we may be able to offer you alternative payment dates or longer to pay.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay. Please contact us on 01684 272105 to set up a direct debit.

A downloadable version of the Direct Debit Mandate is available here. This will need to be printed, completed and signed, then returned to us.

Online

You can pay your Business Rates online using your debit or credit card.

• Pay Business Rates online – reference number starting with a 5
• Pay Business Rates online – reference number starting with a 7

Using a credit or debit card please call 0330 088 3709.

Internet banking or standing order

Please ask your bank or building society to use Tewkesbury Borough Council’s bank account number 24598768 and sort code 30-80-12. Please quote only your Business Rates account number.
