Rural England Prosperity Fund – Business Grant Scheme

The borough has been identified by DEFRA as an area eligible for the Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF)  in 2025-26 to support micro and small enterprises in rural areas. This is for capital funding only.

Tewkesbury Borough Council will consider grant applications from eligible rural businesses for grants from £3,000 up to £14,000.

The REPF Scheme aims to improve productivity and strengthen the rural economy and communities. Projects should focus on small scale investment in micro and small enterprises. This includes capital funding for net zero infrastructure for rural businesses, and diversification of farm businesses outside of agriculture.
